Following you will get an overview of our patents, certifications and our special warranty which stronly distinguishes us from the residual market.

Patents

All our LED SPOTS, LED-DIP- or LED/SMD- Tubes are patented. The LED-Tube Patent is registered at the Patent Office Munich for all EU and non-EU countries incl. the USA or Canada.

Further our own-brand "ABC TECH ®" is protected worldwide as word-brand, also like the word-brands "ECO LED ®" and "ECO SMD ®". Because we are manufacturer for the company TELEFUNKEN®, this brand also protected.

Certifications UL- Certificate ISO 9001:2008 CE TÜV Rheinland TUV Rheinland of North Amerika RoHS EMCC ULC UL, alle ATC TÜV Nord for Nanoproducts VDE certified components (PSU)

At the registration no. 5568961 we are certificated at the Green Spot (Grüner Punkt). This means we are participating at the Dual Packaging-/ and Disposal-System.

Warranty and Safety

As manufacturer and distribution company we guarantee that our products work properly for at least 3 years. And if we are delivering the case as well we provide 3 years warranty on the lights too.

Further as manufacturer we are able to provide a German Environment-, Product- and Warranty-Liability which provides insurance per Person- and Object-damage up to an maximum amount of 15 Mio. Euro p.a.

Alle unsere LED Produkte sind

RoHS

zertifiziert gemäß der Verfügung des europäischen Parlaments. RoHS Vorschrift 2002/95/EC. RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances – Schadstoffeinschränkung) ist eine europäische Richtlinie, die seit dem 1. Juli 2006 in Kraft ist. Danach müssen Elektrische und elektronische Geräte, welche in Europa nach diesem Datum verkauft werden, den strengen Vorschriften dieser Richtlinie entsprechen. Die Richtlinie verlangt, dass in der EU verkaufte elektrische und elektronische Geräte weder Blei noch Kadmium, Quecksilber, sechswertiges Chrom, polybromierte Biphenyle (PBB) oder polybromierte Diphenylether (PBDE) oberhalb des jeweiligen gesetzlichen Höchstwerts enthalten. Diese Anforderungen betreffen alle an der Produktion, am Verkauf oder am Vertrieb von für einen EU-Markt bestimmten elektrischen und elektronischen Geräten. Verantwortlich sind die beteiligte Organisation wie Hersteller, Einzelhändler, Brand-Manager, Händler und Großhändler. Unter der Zertifikatsnummer:

(Communauté Européenne = „Europäische Gemeinschaft“ ) ist eine Kennzeichnung nach EU-Recht für bestimmte Produkte in Zusammenhang mit der Produktsicherheit. Durch die Anbringung der CE-Kennzeichnung bestätigt der Hersteller, dass das Produkt den geltenden europäischen Richtlinien entspricht. Unsere Zertifizierung wird unter der Registriernummer
